Required Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in social media management or marketing.
- Proficient in utilizing major social media platforms, including X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of creator-audience dynamics within the US market, with experience in fan engagement, branding, and public relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively work across teams.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools to assess performance and drive engagement.
- Data-driven approach, with a solid foundation in analyzing market trends, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media management, preferably within the adult content sector, with familiarity in platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fancentro, or similar.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
